Bespoke Fabrication
White Bros specialise in fully bespoke stainless steel fabrication. Our well equipped CAD department and factory enable us to fabricate practically anything that a customer can design in stainless steel.
Our staff of fully skilled tradesmen have extensive experience in fabricating anything from small brackets and channels for the glazing industry, conveyors for the food manufacturing industry, isolators for the pharmaceutical industry, to large platforms for industrial applications in the food processing and pharmaceutical sectors. With a dedicated stainless steel polishing shop, and an extensive range of pre polished sheet metal in 304 and 316 grades of stainless steel, we can offer a range of finishes to our fabrications, including satin and mirror finishes.
Material Traceability
We have extensive experience of working to the demanding requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries, and as we have ISO 9001 certification, we are able to provide full materials traceability for all our products, backed up with full reporting / Certificate of Conformance.
Metrology Service
White Bros can provide an on site service with full reporting / Certificate of Conformance for your existing stainless steel equipment, with Positive Material Identification (PMI).
We also provide:
- Full surface finish inspection (Ra readings) mapping reports
- Ph neutral testing
- Dye penetrant testing
- Ultra violet NDT
Operating procedures are in place to meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and are available on request.
